LASCO Hay crane suspension systems

We provide our customers with specialized and also individual suspension system solutions our LASCO hay crane. In the past, our excellent employees in the design and also in crane construction departments have often achieved such solutions impressively.

By constructing the double curve, it is possible to drive around the entire building and thus use it as a warehouse.

Electric motor for lateral travel

Additional power is provided by the electric motor during lateral travel. The motor is exclusively responsible for driving the longitudinal travel and thus relieves load from the hydraulic system of the hay crane.

The branch terminal line combines cross travel with longitudinal travel. The branch terminal line allows the hay crane to move in the lateral as well as in the longitudinal direction.

Branch terminal line control

Switching between lateral and longitudinal travel is done conveniently from inside the cab via touch display.

Branch terminal line interlock

Longitudinal travel and lateral travel are anchored and connected by bolts. Only then the hay crane is released for longitudinal travel.

An overhead lateral travel is particularly suitable for buildings designed for gantry cranes. Thus, the roof space above the rail can also be utilized.

A favorable alternative to lateral travel is side shifting. This can be supplied up to a width of 6m. The design of the rope drive reliably helps against slipping.
